New Delhi: REC Limited, a maharatna Central Public Sector Enterprise under the ministry of power, reported loan disbursements of ₹90,955 crore for the half-year ended September 30, 2024, marking a 20.10% increase compared to the same period last year.
Renewable energy loans constituted ₹11,297 crore, reflecting a 92.68% year-on-year growth.
In the second quarter of FY24-25, REC disbursed ₹47,303 crore in loans, up 13.71% from ₹41,598 crore in Q2 FY23-24.
Renewable energy loans during Q2 reached ₹5,946 crore, a 37.35% increase compared to the previous year.
